PZ Painting is Paul Zappala — a C-33 painting contractor who has spent twenty-five years finishing homes and buildings across Southern California, and who still walks every estimate himself.
The work
Paul has painted for twenty-five years, for more than five hundred clients across Southern California. He started PZ Painting to do the work the way he thought it should be done — properly prepped, finished with the right product, and stood behind afterward. That has not changed.
He still meets the client, walks the job, and answers for the result.
Specialty coatings
The specialty-coatings side of the business grew out of a pattern Paul kept seeing: finishes that failed early because the last contractor reached for ordinary paint on a surface that needed more. Clients came back asking for something that would last — so Paul learned the systems that do, and made them part of what PZ offers.
Where the work comes from
PZ Painting is based in Los Angeles and serves all of Southern California — and, for the right project, beyond it. Most of the work still comes the way it always has: by word of mouth, from clients who call again and send their neighbors.
