Approach
The specialty-coatings side of the business grew out of a simple pattern: clients kept asking for finishes that would actually last, after other contractors' work had failed early. Paul learned the systems that hold up — and that is now some of the work PZ is known for. It starts with the right diagnosis: why the last finish failed, and what will not.
