Painters in Hidden Hills

A gated equestrian community a short drive from the shop. The homes are large, the standard is exacting, and the residents expect a crew that respects a private community.

Homes here

Ranch estates and contemporary builds on equestrian-sized lots. Quiet streets, mature landscaping, and homes that ask for finish-grade work inside and out.

Local exposure

Open lots and hillside positioning leave exteriors exposed to wind and sun. Substrates run the usual SoCal mix — stucco, smooth-coat finishes, wood siding and trim.

What we paint in Hidden Hills

Full-property exteriors, large interior repaints, and the careful exterior detail work — soffits, beam ends, garage doors — that defines a clean estate finish.

A note from Paul

Hidden Hills is private. Crews come in respectfully, work cleanly, and leave the property the way they found it. The work itself is what every estate around here asks for — careful, finish-grade, the same standard inside and out. — Paul

Questions

Can you work inside a gated community?
Yes. We schedule access through the residents' association, run crews to whatever access standard the community requires, and treat the property and the neighbors with the quiet the place asks for.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes to all three — California State License Board, classification C-33, license number 713477, carried with bonding and liability insurance. Twenty-five years on file.
What do you paint?
Residential interiors and exteriors, commercial work, small-to-mid apartment buildings, and specialty coatings — lacquer, oil-based systems, and lead-paint remediation.
How do estimates work?
Written estimates after walking the property. We quote scope, not just square footage — so comparing it to another painter's bid actually makes sense.
How much does a typical project cost?
Most projects we run fall between $5,000 and $25,000. Specialty coatings and large-format exterior work can scale higher. We quote from the property, not from a phone call.
